HuaJin Packaging offers custom retort pouches and stock retort pouches. These bags are an alternative to the traditional canning methods. Retort pouches take up less space than cans and are more flexible.
Most retort pouches feature a stand-up pouch outlook. HuaJin Packaging can supply retort pouches with spouts, or cool-touch handles fitted on both sides of the bag. For liquid or semi-liquid food, retort bags are a highly suitable packaging solution, as bottles are prone to breakage during transit. Retort bags can adopt 2-layer, 3-layer or even 4-layer structures to enhance durability and prevent leakage. Due to the extremely high temperatures during sterilization, zippers cannot be fitted.
